Zoo date with Papa

We have the pleasure of having our Papa hang out with us for the next two weeks, how lucky! We've taken him to see our school, had him read us nap time stories, and today we enjoyed a beautiful day at the zoo. Eventually we'll let him rest!

The kids have only been in the Lorikeet Adventure area one time before today, I can't believe we've missed out on feeding these birds! Good thing is we caught them when they were hungry so we had lots of birds willing to eat from the nectar cups.




Just in time for the fire hose bath...

We spent lots of time in the Primate Panorama today. So many monkeys to see and the baby orangutan was playing with his mama in their cage. So sweet....




We were busy chasing Papa and Carter around in carousel circles...




Nothing like a big bag of popcorn and a stroller ride after a long day at the zoo....see you next time!
