Indy 2010- One day at a time

So many wonderful days in Indy from our Indy 500 visit that we're just going to have to go day by day. I think the kids just got over vacation let down today, just under two weeks since we got back. Thanks again to our Manga and Papa for such a wonderful visit. We miss you mucho!

Day #1
We had a little 4 hour delay at the airport on the way out thanks to a tornado that threw all flights way off schedule. Better to wait in the airport than in the airplane!


First morning we got the kids ready and headed to the track to watch the race cars practice. This was the kids first time to see the "race cars!" go around the track. Twenty minutes of watching race cars with toddlers in the shade was perfect! I think they're hooked...

Dre didn't know if he should wear his hat or his race helmet...
