Carter participated in the cheer/Pom camp at their feeder high school this past week. I looked for a cheer camp this Summer because I knew it was right up her alley. Smiling girls with skirts, bows, and dancing? It has Carter written all over it. And she even got "real" Pom poms. Big deal!
She had her performance Friday at the high school game and my mom. Aunt Sally, friend Sue, and Courtney came out to watch. I enjoyed it all because it made her so happy. We may have a future cheerleader on our hands.
They had a dance routine to "Candy Girl" The little girls were always a beat behind which makes it even cuter!
She was the lifted up in the stunt and once she got up she was a little too nervous to keep her cheer going.
