Not one day goes by that I don't marvel at the fact that these three share the exact same genes and have personalities that are so different from one another. When the day actually allows, we love to chat with Dre and Carter one on one about their interests and watch their faces light up. Justin got Dre talking about subtraction he was learning at school and he chattered with a giant smile. At the table Carter asked Dre, "what is 200 minus 10." After a short pause he replied, "190!" Then he jumped up as threw his fists in the air. So proud!
Carter is currently obsessed with the movie Frozen and loves the "Let it Go" song. She was singing it the other day (slightly out of tune and off key;)) and looked at me and told me, "I'm not sure if I will be a baby nurse when I grow up or a singer. Good thing I have a lot of time to decide." There are times she will slip away into her room and put on her Taylor Swift CD and dance to EVERY song. At times this involves tap shoes and a ballet outfit;)
