Two years ago we were all admiring this precious baby and our hearts gushed with every sigh and sweet baby squeak. Because this little man is the caboose to the Rossetter family we try to enjoy every stage and even embrace the 2 year old melt downs and the, "NO! Mine!" moments.
Yesterday he was determined to stay in his footie jammies and wet diaper from night time and I had to take him kicking and screaming in the car to drop the kids off at school. Then we get home and as he's playing with his garbage truck he heard the song, "Our God" on Pandora and threw up his praise hand and said, "Dance Mommy!" Melting my heart daily!
Here's what this sweet toddler is up to these days:
Favorite sentence: Trash man 'morrow. And he says it daily which can irritate Dre since clearly the trash man doesn't come every day;)
Loves any truck, crane, or airplane. Such a boy!
Enjoys just being around Dre and Carter. Odds are he'll still throw legos across the room by the handfuls but we're getting there.
Cooks, and cooks, and cooks. Not sure now many times those pots and pans come out every day.
Still my outdoor man. Loves to play outside and just started pushing his strider bike around the cul-de-sac. A helmet may be a good purchase in the year to come:)
Just started sitting down and actually watching 15 minute segments of TV shows. Loves Thomas the Train and Elmo's world.
Before bed he always sits down with Mommy or Daddy for his yogurt and then reads a few books. His current favorites are: Goodnight Moon, Elmo Shake a Leg, and his picture book of trucks.
We can't wait to celebrate your big day and look forward to the year ahead.....MUAH!!
