Baby Pierce...8 months old

Pierce is as busy as ever and now that he's scooting along the floor at a faster pace we set up the baby gates. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before we're baby proofing everything. Our sweet 8 months old is sitting pretty well these days and trying to get this whole crawling thing figured out. He'll get his knees under him once in awhile and our favorite is the plank move. We don't remember the kids ever doing this move so we get a kick out of it when gets onto his hands and toes. Here's what the little man is up to these days... -Lots of time on the floor exploring. When you take away something that he's not supposed to have he now gives you a big pouty face and cries...too cute! -Sitting well, with the occasional spill backwards. -Still not eating baby food. We've stopped torturing him every day and may try a couple times a week. He's obviously getting enough calories but we hope he'll get it figured out soon. -This kid loves to yell and growl. Happy yells so he now communicates with the kids through high pitches yells back and forth. -He's got two bottom teeth with the top two on the horizon. So he's teething on everything and loves anything glass, hence the Coors Light bottle. -Loves his new baby swing and the breeze going through his wild hair. -His new look is the closed mouth smile...makes his cheeks look even more kissable.
