Manga and Papa

We just kissed them goodbye and sent them off to the airport after a wonderful 4 days filled with a whole lot of hanging out and playing. We appreciated the extra hands to adventure out of the house while still working on potty training. Here are some of the highlights from the past weekend..

A picture of Manga and Papa with the kiddos is next to impossible but we got close..

The kids love helping with dinner prep and then Dre decided that he was going to enjoy family dinner in the nude. Like Justin said, "It takes a confident man to eat dinner naked!"

Carter and Dre loved to play "surprise!" with Manga where they would hide themselves in couch pillows and jump out and yell, "surprise!" Thanks Manga for playing this fun game for hours!

Papa and Justin were busy replacing the door from our garage to the inside of our home. The kids loved tromping around on the old door, helping out with the tools, and converting styrofoam trash into hours of play.

Manga and Papa took the kids to Target where Carter chose a new puppy named "Puppy" that she can walk around the house, brush his hair, and carry him through the stores. With two potty training toddlers, Justin and I are just grateful he doesn't actually pee on the floor!

We all packed in the cars and headed to the Bass Pro Shop to find Papa a new fly fishing rod and check out all the store had to offer. So many animals and fish and things to look at that we will have to go back. This was one of the biggest outings the kids had gone on since beginning potty training and they did great! Thanks to Manga's advice to always go to check out the soap as we arrived at each new place.

Manga brought Carter some leggings and Dre wanted to try them out while riding his bike. Definitely more aerodynamic! And when those got wet he requested Carter's pink tights. He must love that compressed feeling.

Quality time with our Manga...

Thank-you Manga and Papa for spending a wonderful weekend with us! We cannot wait for May!
