Part Two- Going to the Zoo!

The tree is down and the garland is off the mantle and it's time to get back to blogging. During our Christmas in Indy we went to the Indianapolis Zoo twice and saw just about every animal that the zoo had to offer. The kids favorite seemed to be the Oceans area that had penguins, stingrays, walrus, sea lions, a shark petting pool, and sea "nay nay's". Another highlight during the second trip was figuring out the drinking fountains. Soon enough we'll have Carter standing on Dre's back for a sip of agua!

Aunt Becky pointing out the penguins as they zipped by the glass. They were very entertaining to watch!

Papa and Carter getting a closer look at the Meerkats

The stingrays loved to run up the glass right in front of the kids.

Aunt Ali didn't realize that this fake snake had a motion sensor and it shot "venom" right at her face.

"See Bubba. All you do is push this button and the water comes right out!"

We all had fun at the zoo...little and big kids! I think the water fountain was a highlight for them too! As I am sure they would like to NOT remember the Santa visit!
