Selling our condo

Although we absolutely love living in our condo in downtown Golden the time has come to sell the condo and buy a single family home with a yard for the kids. We wish the building of the condo had not taken so long so we could have enjoyed more pre-baby days here but we are excited about looking for homes.

The day after we put our condo on the market we had our first showing and here's why Justin gets the SuperDad and SuperHusband award for the day. I had a pedicure scheduled at the spa around the corner from our place at 11 and decided not to bring my phone or purse just to keep the trip light. As I was enjoying the most relaxing pedicure the realtor's office calls Justin at exactly 10:55 am to tell him that there's a showing at 11:30 am. With one baby napping and one in the chair eating Justin scrambles to pick up all the toys and tidy up the whole place in a matter of minutes. He manages to get the place ready and get the kids both bundled up in the stroller while simultaneously pulling a the kids wagon filled with things that don't need to be in plain view. He dumps the wagon downstairs in the garage and stops by the spa to leave me a message. As I go to pay the lady at the front desk hands me the note "you husband stopped by, you have a showing at the house so meet him at the bridge by the creek."

Thank God Justin handles stressful situations better than I do, what a man!

I can picture Justin in over drive not only straightening the home...but getting 2 kids ready to go out!!
Hope all the next showings are easier!
At least now that you have experienced one...you know what to expect!

I am just impressed. Way to go Justin! We wanted to see your condo when we visited, but it will be fun to watch the kiddos run around in your new yard too! Good luck with all the showings and house hunting.

Did Justin have both Drey and Carter in the one legged mermaid pants for this quick outing! He is capable - just like Gary! And romantic - meet me at the bridge. xo Becky
