"Big boy bed"

With a little push from mama Pierce got out his man tools and assisted me with taking the front panal off of his crib to make it a "big boy bed"

This sweet boy has zero interest in potty training and will tell anyone who asks, "I like my crib bed!" Which also means he prefers a pack n play on vacation as looks like a sleeping giant in that little bed. 

So we had our first night and first nap with no issues. He did fall out last night so we added a side rail that still allows him to climb in and out. He insists on keeping his tools under his bed and will get them out every few hours to adjust the bed:)
