First Taekwondo mini tournament

The kids just started Taekwondo a few weeks ago and enjoy it so far. Garrett's friend Lexie is an impressive double black belt and invited the kids to give it a shot. They went to a mini tournament and went through some forms with the help of older kids. The cutest part was at the end the judge said, "We have a surprise for you guys! You get to do 20 seconds free style with a weapon!" This meant nothing to Dre and Carter but the other kids were instantly excited. Both Dre and Carter chose the num chucks (sp?) because the first boy did and swung them around for 20 seconds. At the end they told Dre he was best at weapons and Carter that she had the best hands. You know Dre still talks about how he was best at weapons!
