Home Grown

Our backyard garden went wild this year and we have enjoyed eating the veggies, watching the pumpkins grow, and sharing tomatoes with neighbors. The kids love grabbing buckets and picking veggies for dinner. Dre eats tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers while Carter just sticks to the strawberries. Can't wait to move the big pumpkins to our front porch soon to go along with the Halloween decorations the kids just put out. There's a big learning curve with gardening and next year we'll give the onions, carrots, and basil a little more space to grow, away from those sprawling veggies.
