Polar Express

While Manga and Papa were here we enjoyed a ride on the Polar Express in Georgetown. The backdrop was perfect and the kids enjoyed spending time with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. We all enjoyed a cookie and the kids each received a bell and a candy cane. Once again Pierce didn't open an eye to take it all in, apparently train rides have that effect on babies.

We were on the first train of the morning and as we pulled into the parking lot we saw Santa and his lady getting out of this truck. We all kind of looked at each other and smiled. The kids were impressed with the front row view of Santa. When they talked to him inside the gift shop he told them that the truck he drives is a Silverado. Apparently those reindeer weren't available for the day:)
