And finally we could stop counting by months and call them two! This was really the beginning of Carter being ALL girl and Dre being ALL boy. Carter would dress up in her tu-tu's and dance around the living room while Dre would strategically line up all of his race cars and push them down all at once for a "big crash!" They called each other Bubba and would hold hands if they were a little unsure about a new situation...too cute!
If somebody would ask us how "two" was going I would reply "It's as equally joyful as challenging!" Thank goodness all those joyful parts are the ones that linger in your memory. Watching them become best friends with one always following right behind the other has been priceless.
Bring on THREE!

Twos in tu-tus - both of them, is how I will remember their twos! Not only do they follow each other, they read very well each others emotions. God bless them. xo Aunt B
