After having our condo on the market for 6 months and no luck we decided to take it off the market and enjoy our time in Golden. With no intention of putting it back on the market we had an interested couple approach us and they ended up giving us a cash offer for the place. We accepted and with timing on our side we found a great home the next week that we now have under contract. God had a plan for our family and we look forward what He has to offer!

We were all finally together as a family
Our kids took their first steps
Dreyton and Carter enjoyed their first "meals"
And we can't wait for the memories we will create in our new home!

congrats...moving is tough, but no matter where you live, family love makes it home! we've lived in six different homes in under five years, and have great memories in every one! you will too!
I know you guys will miss Dreyton & Carter's First Home, but like the others said... it's the love your family has that makes a House a Home. I enjoyed our visit to your Condo last year, and now we can't wait to see your NEW HOME! It looks like a nice house, hope to visit soon!
